The invention discloses a bottom plate fixing device for a throttle control device. The bottom plate fixing device is characterized in that the bottom plate fixing device comprises a four-linkage rod mechanism formed by connecting the ends of four linkage rods in a hinged mode. A pair of opposite angles of the four-linkage rod mechanism form abutting ends for abutting against an automobile driving seat and a driving platform. The four-linkage rod mechanism is provided with an angle adjusting structure for controlling the opposite angle opening/closing angle so as to the adjust the distance between the two abutting ends. The four-linkage rod mechanism is further provided with a pressing lead screw. The pressing lead screw is integrally arranged in the vertical direction and fixed into a pressing nut on the four-linkage rod mechanism in a matched and rotating mode. The lower end of the pressing lead screw is used for abutting against a bottom plate of the throttle control device to achieve pressing and fixing. The bottom plate fixing device has the advantages that the device is simple in structure, good in fixing effect and free of damaging the structure of an automobile, and the bottom plate can be fixed very conveniently and fast.
