The invention provides a harbor lifting machinery operation safety machine-mounted early warning system including a data acquisition layer, a data transmission layer and an industrial control computer; the industrial control computer includes a data acquisition interface, a data monitoring module and an early warning module; the data acquisition layer is used for acquiring a monitoring value of monitored harbor lifting machinery, and transmitting the monitoring value to the data acquisition interface of the industrial control computer through the data transmission layer; the data monitoring module is used for setting an early warning value for each monitoring parameter, and if one monitoring value exceeds the early warning value, alarming is carried out through the early warning module. The harbor lifting machinery operation safety machine-mounted early warning system can comprehensively and effectively monitor the harbor lifting machinery operation safety condition, and achieves effective long-term health monitoring on the harbor lifting machinery.
