An electric connection and disconnection device of satellite and launch vehicle belongs to the technical field of connection and separation of a spacecraft. The device comprises a torque motor, a pull rod, a cam drive ring, a pin roller outer ring, a pin roller inner ring, pin rollers, an inner shaft sleeve, a connection bolt, a locking ring, a blocking nut, a wavy compression spring, an exit device, a key slot base board, a compression spring, a main shell and an upper cover. The electric connection and disconnection device is an essential key technology in the field of the spacecraft and solves the problems of great impact of the prior pyrotechnically actuated disconnection technology, large mass of a disconnection device and single-spot failure risks are solved. The electric connection and disconnection device can be reused for multiple times; no impact is caused; an ignition circuit does not need to be designed particularly; the mass is low; no gas is discharged during the disconnection process; and the performances of the electric connection and disconnection device can be verified through ground experiments. The reliability of the electric connection and disconnection device of the satellite and the launch vehicle can be improved, and the electric connection and disconnection device of the satellite and the launch vehicle has important research value for the development of non-pyrotechnic connection technologies in China.
