The invention discloses a method for adjusting the in-car temperature through a car air conditioner blowing mechanism. The car air conditioner blowing mechanism comprises an air blower, an air blower cover covering the air blower, an evaporator, an evaporator cover covering the evaporator, a heater, a heater cover covering the heater and an air flue. The air blower cover is communicated with the inlet end of the evaporator cover. The outlet end of the evaporator cover is communicated with the inlet end of the heater cover. The outlet end of the heater cover is provided with a hot air outlet. An outlet end shell of the evaporator cover is provided with a cold air outlet. A mixing air door controlled by a motor to rotate and shield an inlet of the heater cover or shield the cold air outlet is arranged between the evaporator and the heater. The method has the following advantages that by means of the car air conditioner back-row blowing mechanism, passengers sitting in the back seats can enjoy the cooling or heating effect of an air conditioner quickly and directly, the requirement for the temperature of the passengers sitting in the back seats can be better met, the comfort of the passengers is improved, and the comfort of a whole car is further improved.
