The invention relates to a preparation method of a foamed air-inflation-free inner tube and a foamed air-inflation-free tire. The preparation method includes following steps: (1) feeding raw materials in a mould for moulding a porous foamed inner tube; (2) compression-moulding the moulded porous foamed inner tube in a shaping mould with a hardened layer formed on the surface of the moulded porous foamed inner tube; (3) coating the outer surface of the moulded porous foamed inner tube with a silicone rubber adhesive and allowing the moulded porous foamed inner tube to stand for 2-4 h. The foamed air-inflation-free tire includes a tread, a woven net layer, steel wires, a wheel hub and the foamed air-inflation-free inner tube. The wheel hub is in a circular ring structure. A groove is formed on the outer surface of the wheel hub, wherein the outer end of the groove is extended inwardly to form a clamping mouth. The two ends of the woven net layer are fixedly connected to the steel wires. The foamed air-inflation-free inner tube is connected to the wheel hub through the woven net layer of which the two ends is provided with the steel wire. The tread is arranged on the outer side of the woven net layer and is fixedly connected to the woven net layer. The foamed air-inflation-free inner tube is corrosion-resistant, is anti-aging, is good in toughness and is large in available temperature range.
