The invention discloses a pavement condition field monitoring device. Recently, pavement conditions are seriously influenced by complex weather conditions, conditions such as ponding, frosting and thin ice happen occasionally, huge risks are brought to driving of a vehicle on a highway, transportation is seriously influenced, and serious damages are caused to national wealth and lives and properties of people. According to the prior pavement condition monitoring system, information can not be sent timely. The pavement condition field monitoring device of the invention comprises a base (1); the base is provided with a supporting rod (2); the supporting rod is provided with a data processing and control device (3); the data processing and control device is connected with a solar charge and discharge manager (4), and a transmission device (5); the solar charge and discharge manager is respectively connected with an energy storage battery (6) and a solar panel (7); and the transmission device is connected with a stroboscopic warning sign board, a variable sign board, a speed limiting sign board, and an early warning center. The pavement condition field monitoring device is used for pavement condition field monitoring.
