The invention discloses a vehicle windage resistance power generation device which comprises a wind wheel box. The wind wheel box is fixedly mounted on the front edge of the roof of a vehicle, a wind wheel rotating shaft is horizontally and rotatably connected in the wind wheel box, a wind wheel is fixed on the wind wheel rotating shaft, the two ends of the wind wheel rotating shaft are connected to an input shaft of a generator through transmission components, the generator is connected to a storage battery of the vehicle, an air inlet is formed in a windward side of the wind wheel box, and an air outlet is formed in the back face of the wind wheel box.
