The invention discloses an aerial photography device. The device comprises a device body, a camera arranged on the device body and a plurality of foldable arm components. Each arm component comprises a first arm, a second arm and a third arm which are connected successively. A wing is arranged on each first arm, each second arm and each third arm respectively. The first arms and the device body are in an integral structure. First rotation mechanisms are arranged between the first arms and the second arms. Second rotation mechanisms are arranged between the second arms and the third arms. The device has the advantages that the first rotation mechanisms can be controlled to act through a remote control unit to change an unmanned aerial vehicle external dimension during flying of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the second rotation mechanisms can be rotated manually to change the unmanned aerial vehicle external dimension during the stopping of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and accordingly, the unmanned aerial vehicle can be adapted to different flying spaces.
