The invention relates to a hollow pipe with lifting force. The hollow pipe is characterized in that a cavity in a hollow pipe wall (1A) is divided into two parts as air-flow channels by a partitioning plate, and the speeds of fluids of the two air-flow channels are different, so that the pressure difference is generated at the two sides of the partitioning plate and the hollow pipe (1) generates the lifting force; the hollow pipes (1) with the lifting force are arranged and combined along the circumferences of the plurality of large concentric circles, and the partitioning plates in all the hollow pipes (1) are radially vertical to the large circles, and have the same pressure difference and rotating direction so as to form many cylinders with axial fluid channels capable of generating the lifting force; the gaps among the hollow pipes (1) in the cylinders are provided with the partitioning plates (2) capable of generating the pressure difference at the two sides; the outer sides of the cylinders are wrapped with diaphragms or plates (3), the outer walls of the cylinders are provided with teeth rings or belt rings (4), and the power of a power impeller is transferred to a shaft (5) by a synchronous belt or belt (6) so as to drive a power generator to generate power.
