The double-wing wave propulsion remote unmanned boat comprises wave propulsion water wings arranged on the boat head and the boat tail, a support, an auxiliary propulsion propeller, a solar panel, a storage battery, a charging/discharging control system, various ocean parameter observation sensors arranged on the surface of a deck and underwater, a beidou and GPS satellite positioning system, a camera shooting monitoring system and an automatic driving navigation system. The water wings are symmetrically fixed to the two sides of the support through a fixing shaft and can rotate around the fixing shaft. The auxiliary propulsion propeller is arranged on the boat tail. The solar panel, the storage battery and the charging/discharging control system are arranged on the surface of the deck. The beidou and GPS satellite positioning system is arranged on the surface of the deck. The camera shooting monitoring system is arranged on the surface of the deck. The automatic driving navigation system achieves communication and remote control through satellites or wireless remote control. According to the double-wing wave propulsion remote unmanned boat, wave energy main propulsion, solar-energy-assisting propulsion and remote control of the unmanned boat are achieved through the wave propulsion water wings, the cruising ability of the unmanned boat is improved, and the unmanned boat is flexible and convenient to operate and meets the ocean environment working requirement.
