The invention discloses a ship anchor for buffering gravity. The ship anchor comprises an anchor body, anchor flukes and an anchor rod, wherein the anchor flukes are hook-shaped, and are arranged on the side surfaces of the anchor body; a thread structure is formed at the outer side of the anchor rod, is arranged in the middle of the bottom end of the anchor body, and upwards extends; the bottom end of the anchor rod is in cup joint with an impeller; the impeller is arranged in a cavity in the anchor body; the top end of the anchor body is an inclined surface, and comprises multiple through hole structures; and the through hole structures are uniformly distributed in blade positions of the impeller. According to the ship anchor for buffering gravity, in the anchor casting process, water enters the cavity through the through hole structures, and the impeller is driven to rotate through the buoyancy of the water and the gravity of an anchor chain to buffer the gravity in the anchor casting process so as to prevent the anchor from being quickly collided with foreign bodies at the seabed.
