The invention discloses a waterproof heat dissipating structure for an electric control component. The waterproof heat dissipating structure comprises the electric control component with a plurality of electrification devices and heat dissipating air flues, wherein the electrification devices are arranged side by side, and the heat dissipating air flues comprise a main air flue and branch air flues; each electrification device is placed in one branch air flue, the main air flue is perpendicular to the branch air flues and communicated with outside air, one ends of the branch air flues are communicated with the main air flue, the other ends of the branch air flues are communicated with the outside air, and a reverse bent flue is formed in one end, away from the main air flue, of each branch air flue. According to the scheme, as the electrification devices are installed in the different air flues, mutual influence of heat is avoided, and the waterproof effect is improved by deflecting air flue heat dissipation. The invention further discloses an electromobile with the waterproof heat dissipating structure, the electric control component and the heat dissipating air flues are arranged below seats in a rear row of the electromobile, the main air flue penetrates through the electromobile in the width direction of the electromobile, the ends, away from the main air flue, of the branch air flues extend to the tail of the electromobile, and therefore the riding comfort and the waterproof performance of the electromobile are improved.
