The invention discloses a public-transport-vehicle overload counting and alarming device. The public-transport-vehicle overload counting and alarming device comprises a microprocessor, a getting-on counter, a getting-off counter, a power module, an alarm bell, an alarm lamp and a displayer. The signal output end of the getting-on counter and the signal output end of the getting-off counter are connected with a signal receiving port of the microprocessor. The getting-on counter and the getting-off counter are connected with respective key controllers. The getting-on counter is installed on a getting-on door of a vehicle, and the getting-off counter is installed on a getting-off door of the vehicle. The signal output end of the microprocessor is connected with the alarm bell, the alarm lamp and the displayer, and the displayer is installed next to the driving position. The public-transport-vehicle overload counting and alarming device has the advantages of being ingenious in structure, convenient to use and the like.
