The invention provides a driving posture detection method. The driving posture detection method comprises the following steps that a velocity sensor connected to the output end of an engine is used for detecting the velocity of a vehicle and outputting a vehicle velocity signal; when the change range of the output value of the velocity sensor is smaller than a reference value, a timer starts timekeeping; a first pressure sensor mounted below a driver seat is used for detecting the weight of a driver and outputting a first pressure signal; a second pressure sensor mounted at the neck part of the driver seat is used for detecting the pressure of the neck of the driver and outputting a second pressure signal; a controller is used for receiving the vehicle velocity signal, the first pressure signal and the second pressure signal, locking and storing the first pressure signal and the second pressure signal when the vehicle is started, sampling the real-time first pressure signal and the real-time second pressure signal when the time kept by the timer is up, comparing the real-time first pressure signal and the real-time second pressure signal with locked and stored values and outputting a driving state judgment signal; according to the driving state judgment signal, a loudspeaker outputs a prompt tone.
