The invention discloses a ship CO2 gas bottle lifting adjusting device. The ship CO2 gas bottle lifting adjusting device comprises a supporting part and a bottle lifting part, wherein the bottle lifting part is rotationally connected with a supporting rod arranged on the supporting part; the bottle lifting part is provided with a force rod and a bottle clamping piece which is rotationally connected with the end part of the force rod in the peripheral direction; a bottle head valve of a CO2 gas bottle is clamped by the bottle clamping piece and force is applied to the other end of the force rod; the CO2 gas bottle can be lifted by using the relatively small force through a lever principle and the CO2 gas bottle is rotated again, so that the staggered CO2 gas bottle can be rapidly and conveniently adjusted to the correct direction; the complicated operations in a traditional lifting adjusting method is reduced, the working efficiency is improved and the labor difficulty is lowered; meanwhile, the device has a light structure, is convenient to mount and detach, and is suitable for being widely applied to solving the problem of a CO2 gas bottle staggering phenomenon.
