The invention discloses a vessel buoyancy adjusting device which comprises a buoyancy adjusting cabinet, a direct-current power source, a current controller and an ignition controller. The buoyancy adjusting cabinet comprises a buoyancy cavity defined by wall plates, an electrolysis chamber separation plate, electrolysis electrodes arranged at the bottom of the buoyancy cavity and ignition electrodes arranged on the top of the buoyancy cavity, the electrolysis chamber separation plate is arranged on the lower portion in the buoyancy cavity and separates the buoyancy cavity into two spaces with the upper portions communicated, the negative electrode and the positive electrode of the electrolysis electrodes are located at the bottom ends of the two separated spaces respectively, the buoyancy adjusting cabinet is arranged on the part, below the water line, of a vessel shell, and breathing holes communicated with the buoyancy cavity and the water body outside the vessel shell are formed in the lower end of the buoyancy adjusting cabinet. The vessel buoyancy adjusting device is more reliable in work, the design and maintenance difficulty is low, and the buoyancy and gesture control response is faster.
