The invention discloses a coaxial high-precision rear fork comprising an end shaft tube, a left tube I and a leg tube II. The leg tube I and the leg tube II are fixedly connected with the end shaft tube; the leg tube I is used for mounting a motor vehicle transmission; the leg tube II is provided with a shaft seat for rotational fi with a wheel shaft; the end of the leg tube II is provided with a drum sleeve, and the internal of the drum sleeve is drum shaped; the external of the shaft seat is in a drum structure; the drum sleeve sleeves the external of the shaft seat and is in sliding fit with the shaft seat. The shaft seat is connected to the leg tubes through a drum sliding pair, the shaft seat can automatically swing in the peripheral direction to adjust coaxiality, friction pairs can be automatically adjusted during mounting, no eccentric friction is caused, a brake fixed relative to the leg tubes allows the eccentric friction of wheels caused by friction pads to be automatically eliminated, no unbalanced force is caused to the wheels, the service life of a friction pair assembly is prolonged, and vehicle driving safety is guaranteed.
