A bicycle dynamo powered lamp recharged by solar energy comprises a generator and a bicycle lamp. The bicycle dynamo powered lamp recharged by the solar energy is characterized in that a solar energy battery is arranged outside a bicycle lamp shell; a storage battery and a rectifier module are arranged in the bicycle lamp shell; the solar energy battery charges the storage battery through the rectifier module. The bicycle dynamo powered lamp supplemented power by the solar energy has the advantages that not only can the storage battery be charged by using the generator of the dynamo powered lamp when a bicycle is ridden, but also the solar energy battery arranged outside the lamp shell can perform long-time charging on the storage battery by using the solar energy when the bicycle is not ridden under the condition that the generator does not work, environment protecting and energy saving are achieved, it can be guaranteed that the storage battery can be charged sufficiently, therefore, the service life of the storage battery is prolonged, and the defects that an existing dynamo powered lamp only depends on the dynamo powered lamp generator to charge the storage battery, charging can be only performed in riding, and the storage battery is damaged due to long-time power shortage caused by long-time insufficient charge of the storage battery are overcome.
