The invention provides a road condition monitoring system. The road condition monitoring system comprises a safety belt, an electric retractor, range radars, a first analog-digital converter, a comparer, a vibrator, pressure sensors, a second analog-digital converter and a controller. The electric retractor is used for retraction of the safety belt; the rang radars are used for outputting ranging signals; the first analog-digital converter is used for converting the ranging signals into digital signals; the comparer is used for comparing the ranging signals with a reference value and outputting comparison results; the vibrator generates high-frequency low-amplitude vibrations when the ranging signals are smaller than the reference value; the pressure sensor are arranged around a vehicular frame and used for testing vehicle collision pressure and outputting pressure signals; the second analog-digital converter is connected with the pressure sensors and converting the pressure signals into digital signals; the controller is connected with the first analog-digital converter and the second analog-digital converter and provided with an internal virtual timer for acceleration detection of the ranging signals, and the controller controls the electric retractor to retract the safety belt when the acceleration reaches a preset value and controls an internal cushion air bag to start when the pressure signals reach a preset value.
