The invention provides a wind energy electric vehicle which is high in wind energy utilization rate and capable of completely cooling an electromotor and improving the electromotor efficiency. The wind energy electric vehicle comprises a vehicle frame and the electromotor and storage batteries which are arranged on the vehicle frame, wherein the electromotor is used for supplying power to the electric vehicle, and the storage batteries are used for supplying power to the electromotor. A wind channel which is arranged on a rack and extends forwards and backwards in the longitudinal direction of the electric vehicle is arranged under the front portion of front wind blocking glass of the electric vehicle, a front end wind inlet of the wind channel is formed in the front end of the electric vehicle, and back end wind outlets of the wind channel extend to the lower portion of the vehicle frame; wind driven generators are arranged in the wind channel, a wind wheel in each wind driven generator comprises a rotatable pivot and fan blades fixed on the pivot; the axial direction of each pivot extends in the transverse direction of the electric vehicle, the fan blades extend to the two sides of the wind channel in the axial direction of each pivot, and the wind driven generators are in electrical connection with the storage batteries; the electromotor is arranged at the back end wind outlets of the wind channel, an output shaft of the electromotor is connected with a back drive axle, and the wind channel is in a front-high-back-low conical shape in the up-and-down direction.
