The invention relates to an electromobile. An electromobile front axle assembly comprises a main beam, two ends of the main beam are each provided with a claw shaft, the claw shafts are connected with wheel hubs and steering arms, the steering arms arranged on the two ends of the main beam are connected through a steering linkage, the two ends of the main beam are provided with a steel spring plate mounting plate and a mounting seat, the mounting seat comprises a top wall, a vertical wall and a bottom wall, the upper end of the vertical wall is connected to one end, close to the main beam, of the top wall, the lower end of the vertical wall is connected to one end, close to the main beam, of the bottom wall, a U-shaped groove is enclosed by the top wall, the vertical wall and the bottom wall, the claw shaft is connected into the U-shaped groove, and the middle portion of the main beam is provided with a steering machine mounting support. The electromobile front axle assembly and a machining method thereof are provided, wherein the installation of the steel spring plate is convenient, and the joint of the claw shaft and the main beam is not prone deforming, and the problems that in an existing front axle the installation of the steel spring plate is inconvenient, and the joint of the claw shaft and the main beam is prone deforming are solved.
