The invention relates to a passage data acquiring system of a crossing with a signal lamp. The passage data acquiring system comprises a CCD (Charge Coupled Device) visual sensor, a haze removing processor, a congestion index analyzer, a signal lamp data acquisition unit and an AT89C51 single chip microcomputer, wherein the CCD visual sensor is used for shooting the crossing with the signal lamp to obtain images of the crossing, the haze removing processor is used for performing clearness processing on the images of the crossing to obtain clear images of the crossing, the congestion index analyzer is used for performing image processing on the clear images of the crossing to obtain congestion indexes of the crossing, the signal lamp data acquisition unit is used for acquiring information of the signal lamp in real time, and the AT89C51 single chip microcomputer is connected with the congestion index analyzer and the signal lamp data acquisition unit so as to obtain the congestion indexes of the crossing and the information of the signal lamp. By adopting the passage data acquiring system disclosed by the invention, the accurate acquisition of the passage data of the crossing with the signal lamp can be ensured at various weather, and an important basis is provided for information distribution of a local transport management department.
