The invention provides a new digital hydraulic servo method of a flight control system. The reliability and maintainability of the system are improved, the size of the system is decreased, modularization and generalization of the system are enhanced, and the new digital hydraulic servo method of the flight control system approaches to the REU (Remote Electronics Unit) technology abroad. The new digital hydraulic servo method of the flight control system comprises the steps of performing sampling and A/D conversion on a simulated high-end signal and low-end signal of a sensor, to form a sensor high-end digital sampling signal and a sensor low-end digital sampling signal; using the positive absolute value of the sensor high-end digital sampling signal to form a positive pulse signal, and using the negative absolute value of the sensor low-end digital sampling signal to form a negative pulse signal; performing digital filtering on the positive pulse signal and the negative pulse signal, to form a positive direct current signal corresponding to the effective value of the positive pulse signal and a negative direct current signal corresponding to the effective value of the negative pulse signal.
