An existing bike saddle can be adjusted in height only after a rider gets off a bike, the rider can not conveniently get on or off the bike if the saddle is adjusted too high, and needs to heighten the feet through an object to get on or off the bike, otherwise, the rider is prone to falling down, and especially when the rider needs to get off the bike in an emergency situation in the riding process, dangers are prone to being caused. If the saddle is adjusted too low, the rider rides the bike strenuously as the legs can not stretch straightly. If the rider carries a heavy object on the back, riding is more strenuous if the saddle is too low, and dangers are caused if the saddle is too high. The saddle is modified according to the current situations of the bike saddle, the rider gets on the bike when the saddle is low, the height of the saddle can be freely and rapidly adjusted according to the leg length after the rider gets on the bike so as to achieve a more comfortable height with less effort, the saddle can be rapidly lowered when in an emergency situation, and the rider can easily get off the bike or the rider stand on the ground and holds the bike stably. Riding is greatly facilitated, the structure is simple, and the manufacturing cost will not be increased much.
