A vibration and scratching prevention detachable multilayer silicon ingot transport cart comprises elastic vibration prevention rollers, a handle, a supporting bracket, elastic placing rods and elastic baffle rods. The supporting bracket comprises a bottom frame, a bearing frame, placing racks and connecting rods, and the bearing frame is fixedly mounted on the upper end face of the bottom frame. Two sets of placing racks are fixedly mounted on the upper end face of the bottom frame, and four sets of placing racks are fixedly connected with the bearing frame, are all arranged on the two sides of the bearing frame, and are perpendicular to the bearing frame. The connecting rods are fixedly connected between the lower end faces of the placing racks and the bearing frame. The elastic vibration prevention rollers are mounted on the lower end face of the bottom frame, and the handle is mounted on the short rod side of the bottom frame. The elastic placing rods are detachably mounted on the upper end faces of the placing racks, and the elastic baffle rods are detachably mounted on the two outer side faces of the bearing frame and are in pairwise symmetry. The vibration and scratching prevention detachable multilayer silicon transport cart lowers the breakage rate in the transportation process to the largest extent, facilitates transportation of operators, achieves manual lightness of transportation, improves the safety of operators, and saves the cost.
