The invention discloses a telescopic ladder step mechanism for a fire-fighting vehicle. The mechanism comprises an air cylinder piston rod, a curved jib, a rotating shaft I, a connecting rod, a crank arm, a rotating shaft II, a primary pedal, a rotating shaft III, a pedal support, a secondary pedal air cylinder and a secondary pedal. The primary pedal is connected with the secondary pedal through the pedal support; the rotating shaft III is arranged at one end of the primary pedal; the curved jib and the crank arm are connected by the connecting rod; one end of the curved jib is connected with the rotating shaft I; the middle end of the curved jib is installed at the lower end of the air cylinder piston rod; the secondary pedal air cylinder is arranged inside the secondary pedal. The mechanism is an assembly part, can be used independently, is convenient to produce and install, can be used by matching with all models of fire-fighting vehicles and can be conveniently installed below the back door of a cab.
