The invention provides an active hedging method and system for accidental opening of a car door. The method includes the following steps that the current car speed is detected, whether the current car speed is larger than a car speed threshold is judged, and the car speed threshold is larger than the automatic locking car speed; if the current car speed is larger than the car speed threshold, the state of a door lock of the car door is detected, and whether the door lock is opened is judged; if the door lock is opened, a car door unlocking alarm is given, and whether the car door is opened is judged; if the car door is opened, a car body electronic stability program is triggered and active deceleration measures are taken for the car. According to the active hedging method and system for accidental opening of the car door, free control over the car door can be maintained in a high-speed running process, and danger caused by accidental opening of the car door can be reduced.
