A vehicle anti-mine device for protecting the feet and lower limbs of a passenger comprises a foot rest arranged on a vehicle floor board, support parts, a long-pole pin, compression springs, a pressing head and a pressure transmission bar, wherein two ends of the foot rest are fixedly connected with the support parts; the support parts are clung to the upper side of the vehicle floor board; the long-pole pin penetrates through guide parts and are inserted in pin holes in the inner sides of the support parts; the compression springs are installed at two ends of the foot rest; a protective cover is arranged under the vehicle floor board; the pressing head is arranged below the vehicle floor board and connected with the long-pole pin of the foot rest through the pressure transmission bar. The device also comprises a pedal mechanism arranged on a seat fixedly connected with the vehicle floor board. The pedal mechanism comprises a pedal, a support chain and an installation shaft, wherein one end of the pedal is connected to the seat through the installation shaft and the middle part of the pedal is connected to the seat through the support chain. According to the invention, by means of the matching between the foot rest and the pressing head, and the pedal, detonation impact energy is guaranteed not to be directly transmitted to the feet and lower limbs, and thus the feet and lower limbs of the passenger are protected.
