The invention relates to an automobile turning rollover-preventing control system and method. The problem that automobile turning is unsafe is solved. According to the technical scheme, the automobile turning rollover-preventing control system comprises a controller, four hydraulic oil cylinders, a deflection angle measurement instrument and a rotating speed measurement instrument, the controller is installed inside an automobile and comprises a data collection module, a data processing module and a data executing module, the data collection module and the data executing module are electrically connected with the data processing module, the input end of the data collection module is electrically connected with the deflection angle measurement instrument and the rotating speed measurement instrument, the output end of the data executing module is connected with the control ends of the four hydraulic oil cylinders, the deflection angle measurement instrument and the rotating speed measurement instrument are installed on the front wheel on the left side of the automobile, two of the hydraulic oil cylinders are installed between a frame and a front axle, and the other two of the hydraulic oil cylinders are installed between the frame and a rear axle. By the adoption of the automobile turning rollover-preventing control system and method, during automobile turning, safe turning can be achieved without decreasing the speed, and driving is safe.
