The invention discloses an ice and snow antiskid chain for a tyre with low vibration. The ice and snow antiskid chain consists of a plurality of ice and snow antiskid chain monomers and two locking devices, wherein the plurality of ice and snow antiskid chain monomers are fixed between the two locking devices; the two adjacent antiskid monomers are in triangular distribution; an included angle theta1 between the two adjacent ice and snow antiskid chain monomers is 20 degrees; an included angle theta2 between each ice and snow antiskid chain monomer and each locking device is 80 degrees; an included angle theta3 between each ice and snow antiskid chain monomer and a wheel shaft is 10 degrees; the ice and snow antiskid chain monomers consist of limiting gears, springs and steel cables; the limiting gears are welded on the steel cables; the springs cover the steel cables and are positioned between the two limiting gears and can slide back and forth between the two limiting gears on the steel cables; the steel cables are connected with the locking devices at the two sides of a ice and snow antiskid chain body. An experiment contrast result of vehicles before and after the mounting of the antiskid chain proves that the brake distance can be shortened by 39 percent and more; compared with a common antiskid chain, the ice and snow antiskid chain has the advantages that the brake performance is improved by 13.4 percent, and the vibration and the noises can be obviously reduced.
