The invention discloses a tire pressure sensor and system rapid matching method. The method comprises the steps of starting a vehicle power supply, reading a simplified ID code, inputting the simplified ID code, converting the simplified ID code into a binary code, and matching. By simplifying the ID code and matching the simplified ID code and a 32-bit binary code, a person just needs to input a simplified code, which is printed on the exterior of a tire pressure monitoring sensor, into a diagnostic facility or an audio-video entertainment system, when matching the new tire pressure monitoring sensor with the system; then the inputted simplified code will be decoded by the diagnostic facility or the audio-video entertainment system, and the decoded simplified code is written in the register of a tire pressure monitoring controller so as to finish the matching. The provided method has the advantages that the operation is simple and practical, the method is precise and reliable, external activating equipment is not required, the shortages that the tire pressure is insufficient after a conventional matching method is finished and the air should be supplemented into the tire are overcome; and the problem of re-matching of a single-directional communication tire pressure monitoring system is solved.
