The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a rubber tire, and relates to the technical field of rubber tire manufacturing. The rubber tire comprises, by weight, 25 parts to 40 parts of rubber raw materials, 1 part to 3 parts of zinc oxide, 28 parts to 34 parts of carbon black, 3 parts to 10 parts of inorganic foaming agents, 20 parts to 30 parts of white carbon black, 10 parts to 15 parts of bamboo charcoal and 3 parts to 10 parts of glass fibers. The method includes the steps of mixing the rubber raw materials in an internal mixer, then adding the bamboo charcoal and the white carbon black into the internal mixer for continuous mixing, adding the zinc oxide, the inorganic foaming agents and the glass fibers for mixing, carrying out rubber discharging after mixing is completed, placing a mold, and obtaining a molded tire; then polishing the inner wall of the molded tire at the normal temperature, removing foreign matter on the inner wall, then evenly spraying glue spraying agents to the inner wall of the molded tire, naturally cooling the tire after spraying is completed, and obtaining the finished product. Compared with the prior art, the tire manufactured with the method is better in air impermeability and bonding performance and long in service life.
