The invention provides an operating structure of an electric forklift. The operating structure has simple structure, convenient operation, low failure rate, and high reliability. The structure comprises an operating lever and a microswitch. The operating lever is connected with a connecting rod. A circular groove is formed on the connecting rod around a supporting point. A multi-way diverting valve is connected with the connecting rod. The end part of the connecting rod is provided with a sector plate. A sliding block is arranged on the sector surface of the sector plate in a contact way. A matching arc groove is arranged on the sector surface of the sector plate corresponding to the sliding block. The microswitch is arranged on the sliding outer side of the sliding block.
