The invention discloses a handlebar capable of being assembled and disassembled without a tool, and relates to the technical field of bicycles. The handlebar comprises a son body, a mother seat and a locking mechanism, wherein a resetting spring, a locking sleeve, a locking steel ball and a clamping spring of the locking mechanism sleeve the mother seat in sequence; an anti-rotation polygonal body of the son body is inserted into an anti-rotation polygonal hole of the mother seat so as to prevent relative rotation between the mother seat and the son body; the resetting spring is clamped between resetting spring slots in a boss of the mother seat and the locking sleeve; the locking steel ball is clamped in a steel ball locking slot of the son body, a steel ball hole of the mother seat and a steel ball locking hole of the locking sleeve; the clamping spring is arranged on the mother seat to limit the locking sleeve; under the action of the resetting spring, the mother seat and the son body are fixed by virtue of the locking sleeve and the clamping spring; the locking sleeve is only needed to be pulled to disassemble and assemble the son body, so that assembling and disassembling of the mother seat and the son body can be completed without the tool and are convenient and quick.
