The invention relates to infant car seats, in particular to a LATCH for fixing the infant car seat on a car seat. The LATCH comprises two parallel frame plates and a hook, wherein the hook is clamped between the two frame plates, connected onto the frame plates through pin shafts in a pivoted manner, and capable of rotating; a hooking part is arranged at the front end of the hook; the back part of the hook is propped against a compression spring; the elastic force of the compression spring drives the hook part to fold. The LATCH is characterized by further comprising a pull button; a sliding surface I is arranged on the pull button; a sliding surface II is arranged at the back part of the hook; the sliding surfaces (I and II) are propped against each other; when the pull button slides backwards, the hook part of the hook tends to open under the propping-against action. The LATCH is very convenient to operate, that is, when the pull button is pulled backwards to open a hook body, the LATCH can be directly taken out backwards.
