The invention relates to a controller for capacitor electricity storage type electric cars. The invention provides a better matched control technique, and the controller has the advantages of lower cost, easiness in mass production and modular production, convenience in maintenance, higher practicability, and easiness in popularization. The controller can positively facilitate the development of capacitor electricity storage type electric cars. The technical scheme lies in that the controller comprises a CPU controller, wherein an interface of a charger, a solid capacitor and an electric motor are respectively connected to a first port, a second port and a third port of the CPU controller, and an SD memory, a USB interface, a displayer and an operation interface are respectively connected to a fourth port, a fifth port, a sixth port and a seventh port of the CPU controller.
