The invention provides a vehicle-mounted wind power recovery generating device which comprises a front wind collecting cylinder, a left back wind collecting cylinder, wind wheels, a generator and a right back wind collecting cylinder, all of which are positioned in a car engine room. The vehicle-mounted wind power recovery generating device is characterized in that the front wind collecting cylinder is respectively connected with the left back wind collecting cylinder and the right back wind collecting cylinder, the two ends of a central shaft of the generator are respectively and fixedly arranged in a left bearing inner ring and a right bearing inner ring, the wind wheels are fixed at the two ends of the central shaft of the generator and are respectively mounted in the left back wind collecting cylinder and the right back wind collecting cylinder, and the generator is fixed on a car frame and is connected with batteries of a car through leads. The wind wheels are in linkage with the generator by the central shaft of the generator and are driven by aerodynamic resistance generated in a car running process, and the generator can charge the batteries of the car. The vehicle-mounted wind power recovery generating device has the advantages that the structure is simple, the machining, the manufacturing and the mounting are very convenient, electricity is generated by utilizing wind power without exhaust gas emission and fuel consumption, the device is environmentally friendly, high in energy conservation, economical and applicable, and the running cost is low.
