The invention discloses a producing method of a copper wire mesh modified carbon/carbon composite material for a pantograph slide plate. The method comprises steps as follows: (1) preparation of a carbon fiber and copper wire mesh mixed preform: carbon fiber non-woven fabrics, carbon fiber felt and continuous copper wire meshes with the copper wire diameter ranging from 50 mu m to 500 mu m and the mesh diameter ranging from 150 mu m to 500 mu m are sequentially overlapped and laid at least twice, then carbon fiber bundles are introduced in a direction perpendicular to the laying direction, and the carbon fiber and copper wire mesh mixed preform is prepared, wherein laying directions of the adjacent non-woven fabrics are perpendicular to each other, the carbon fiber felt surface density is in a range of 50-100 g/m<2>, and the density of the carbon fiber and copper wire mesh mixed preform is in a range of 0.4-1.10 g/m<3>; (2) carbon densification of the preform: the density of the material is enabled to be in a range of 1.60-2.50 g/cm<3> with a densification technology for the carbon/carbon composite material. The copper wire mesh modified carbon/carbon composite material has the characteristics of low density, low abrasion, high strength, high conductivity and the like and can meet requirements of Chinese electric express locomotives and the like for sliding conductive materials.
