The present invention relates to an automatic unidirectional ventilation pad composed of a plurality of identical interconnected box bodies, wherein each box body is provided with a hexagonal prism-shaped framework (1), an air chamber (2), a connecting pipe (3), an intake valve (4), an exhaust valve (5), an air outlet hole (6) and an air inlet hole (7). The automatic unidirectional ventilation pad is characterized in that when the box body is stressed, the framework (1) is deformed, the air chamber (2) is compressed, the exhaust valve (5) is opened, and air is exhausted from the air outlet hole (6); when the air outlet hole (6) is blocked, the air flows to the air outlet hole (6) of the adjacent box body from the connecting pipe (3); when the pressure is reduced or eliminated, the exhaust valve (5) is closed, the framework (1) resets by means of an elastic force, the intake valve (4) is opened, and the air enters the air chamber (2) from the air inlet hole (7). By means of the deformation of the box body and the unidirectional valves in the air chamber, a unidirectional ventilation function is achieved, a plurality of identical structures are interconnected and intercommunicated to form entireties having the same functions and capable of mutually supplementing, the box bodies can be made into different sizes and shapes according to application requirements, and the automatic unidirectional ventilation pad has the advantages of simple structure, high ventilation efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, and low production and use costs.
