The invention provides a CANopen-Lwip gateway and train operation monitoring system. A gateway comprises a CANopen interface unit, a processing unit and an Lwip interface unit, wherein the CANopen interface unit is used for receiving operation data of a train electronic device which is electrically connected to a CANopen bus from the CANopen bus; the processing unit is electrically connected with the CANopen interface unit and used for converting the operation data received by the CANopen interface unit from a CANopen protocol to an Lwip protocol and then inputting the data the protocol of which is converted into the Lwip interface unit; the Lwip interface unit is electrically connected with the processing unit and used for transmitting the data which is received from the processing unit and the protocol of which is converted to a remote monitoring device which is connected to the Lwip bus by virtue of the Lwip bus. By adopting the CANopen-Lwip gateway and train operation monitoring system, the train electronic device operation data received by the CANopen bus is transmitted to the remote monitoring device by virtue of the Lwip bus.
