The invention discloses a connecting device for a vehicle battery and a high-voltage bus. The connecting device comprises an electric connector and a control module, wherein the electric connector comprises a first conductive part, a second conductive part and a first insulating part between the first conductive part and the second conductive part. The control module is used for trigging the electric connector to move to a second position from a first position when a vehicle has an accident. On the first position, a positive electrode of the battery and a positive bus of the high-voltage bus are connected to the first conductive part. A negative electrode of the battery and a negative bus of the high-voltage bus are connected to the second conductive part, so that current is provided between the battery and the high-voltage bus. On the second position, at least one of the negative electrode and the negative electrode of the battery is connected to the first insulating part, so that current is not provided between the battery and the high-voltage bus.
