A novel pedestrian traffic light with LED (light emitting diode) advertisement display comprises a box body base, casters, a box body, LED display screens, a traffic light and a loudspeaker; the traffic light can change three different colors of red, yellow and green; the LED display screens are arranged at front and back surfaces of the box body; when the traffic light turns to red, the LED display screen at the back of the traffic light begins to work, pedestrians can browse related information, when the traffic light turns to yellow or green, the LED display screen on the front surface of the box body begins to work, and drivers can browse related information. The novel pedestrian traffic light with the LED advertisement display has the characteristics of simple structure, low cost, easiness for implementation and the like.
