The invention discloses a pedestrian violation information and advertisement networking play device based on video detection. The pedestrian violation information and advertisement networking play device comprises the following functions: 1) pedestrians running the red light at an intersection in two directions can be snapshot according to a camera switching technique; 2) pedestrian violation snapshooting display and circulation play of advertisement videos are achieved by using an LED full color screen; 3) pedestrian violation can be accurately snapshot by using pedestrian detection equipment with combination of a red/green light signal detector; 4) advertisement content can be dynamically updated in a network regular time control mode; 5) real-time voice prompting on pedestrian running the red light can be achieved through audio play equipment; 6) snapshot images can be played on the LED full color screen in real time according to pedestrian track characteristics.
