The invention provides a modified pneumatic tire rubber composition. The Modified pneumatic tire rubber composition is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of natural rubber, 20-30 parts of butadiene rubber, 4-8 parts of anti-aging agent, 3-5 parts of zinc oxide, 15-28 parts of silicon dioxide, 2-8 parts of carbon black and 0-4 parts of a vulcanizing agent. The rubber composition provided by the invention is capable of inhibiting sulfurizing reduction, and is free of an effect on an existing production technology; and the prepared tire rubber has relatively high wear-resisting property, wet skid resistance and low-rolling resistance performance.
