The invention discloses a boom anti-shock structure of a boom type crane. A tripod is arranged at the bottom end of a bottom knuckle arm, middle arms are arranged at the top end of the bottom knuckle arm by connecting pieces, the multiple middle arms are connected together by connecting pieces, a top knuckle arm is arranged at the tail end of the last middle arm by a connecting piece, a bracket is arranged at the front end of the top knuckle arm, frame bodies of the bottom knuckle arm, the middle arms and the top knuckle arm are formed, on each layer of cuboid frame formed by an outer rod and a vertical rod, a reinforcing rod I is fixed between each layer of adjacent outer rods inside the frame bodies. According to the boom anti-shock structure of the boom type crane disclosed by the invention, when the crane encounters shock in the process of lifting heavy objects, the firm structure can avoid the damage to the crane, so that the crane can be continuously used, and the service life of the crane can be prolonged.
