The invention discloses an automatic multifunctional high-rise crane for civil use. The crane comprises a crane body (1), a supporting bar (6) capable of flexibly bearing a counter weight, a telescopic hoisting jib (7) with a revolving seat, an electric winch set (8), a small hydraulic pump set (9), a rechargeable accumulator (5), a separating type drive-by-wire connected control box (4), a rear end control handle (3) and directional plastic bearing wheels (2). According to the automatic multifunctional high-rise crane disclosed by the invention, the hoisting jib can be revolved for 360 degrees; under the action of a hydraulic expansion rod, a hoisting beam can be raised up or descended according to the requirement, and the hoisting jib can extend forwards or retracts backwards according to the requirements; when located at the vertical position, the supporting bar capable of flexibly bearing the counter weight can extend to a roof, so as to prevent the crane from overturning in the weight hoisting process; in the open air or when the supporting distance of the roof is not far enough, the supporting bar capable of flexibly bearing the counter weight can be turned to the horizontal ground position, the counter weights such as water bags and gravels can be placed on the supporting bar capable of flexibly bearing the counter weight to support the high altitude hoisting operation. The automatic multifunctional high-rise crane disclosed by the invention is suitable for a high-rise building with an elevator.
