The invention discloses a synchronous walking lifting device. The synchronous walking lifting device comprises a hoisting framework, a walking mechanism fixed at the lower end of the hoisting framework and a hoisting mechanism arranged inside the hoisting framework, wherein the hoisting framework is of a rectangular frame structure, a wheel is assembled on the lower end surface of the hoisting framework by a rotating shaft, a single-stage driving bevel gear is fixed on the rotating shaft, a bevel gear shaft is arranged on the lower end surface of the hoisting framework and is vertically assembled on the lower end surface of the hoisting framework; and the hoisting mechanism comprises a torsion shaft assembled inside the hoisting framework by a bearing assembly and a steel wire winding roller fixed on the torsion shaft and rotating synchronously with the torsion shaft. According to the technical scheme, the bevel gear shaft and the rotating shaft are matched to transmit torque and the bevel gear shaft and the twisting force bevel gear are matched to transmit the rotating torque of the wheel to the torsion shaft, so that the torsion shaft drives the steel wire winding roller to rotate to wind the steel wire, and the hoisting purpose is achieved.
