The invention discloses an anti-pushing-aside elevator door opener with a rescue rope. The anti-pushing-aside elevator door opener with the rescue rope comprises a pulling plate, a pulling spring and the rescue rope, wherein the pulling spring is provided with an upper end portion connected with a door vane bottom plate and a lower end portion connected with the pulling plate, the pulling plate is provided with a left end portion hinged to an anti-pushing-aside blade, a right end portion connected with the lower end portion of the pulling spring and a middle portion hinged to the door vane bottom plate, a pulling plate shifting shaft which is in contact fit with the pulling plate is fixedly arranged on a left blade, the upper end of the rescue rope is connected with the pulling plate, and when the rescue rope is pulled downwards, the left end portion of the pulling plate is enabled to be lifted upwards. The elevator door opener disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the structure is simple and compact, the performance is stable, the car door can be effectively prevented from being pushed aside when the elevator enters a position of a non-flat layer, the potential safety hazards are thoroughly eliminated, and the external rescue personnel can smoothly open the car door through the rescue rope and can conveniently rescue personnel trapped in a car.
