The invention provides an elevator synchronous vane unit with a retaining component, comprising a vane bottom plate, a tractive device and a four-link mechanism. The four-link mechanism is composed of a driving rocker, a driven rocker, a first vane and a second vane; one end of the driving rocker is a limiting end; the driving rocker is connected with the vane bottom plate through a first central shaft; the driven rocker is connected with the vane bottom plate through a second central shaft. The elevator synchronous vane unit further comprises the retaining component. The retaining component comprises an S-shaped hook, a lock shaft in fitly connection with the S-shaped hook and a pad fitting the S-shaped hook; the lock shaft and the pad are disposed at two ends of the S-shaped hook, respectively; the pad has a slope. The elevator synchronous vane unit has the advantages that a landing door of an elevator and a car door thereof are synchronously opened or closed through the S-shaped hook, the doors are avoided shaking during opening or closing, the car door of the elevator can be closed in a non-door area in case of a fault, the car door drives the landing door to open in a door area, the doors can be forced open in the forced opening area and cannot be forced open in the non-forced opening area, the unit is simplified, and mechanical wear occurring in the running process is reduced.
