The invention provides a multifunctional bicycle backseat. The multifunctional bicycle backseat comprises a backseat body, a support plate, a vertical tube, a support tube and a support frame. The backseat body is fixed on the support plate. One end of the support plate is fixedly connected to the vertical tube below a saddle. The front portion and the rear portion of the backseat body are bent upwardly in an arc mode. Fixing rods are arranged in the middle of the backseat body. The support tube is positioned at the bottom of the backseat body and is hinged to a rear wheel axle. One end of the support frame is welded in the middle of the backbeat body, and the other end of the support frame is welded on a slider. The slider sleeves the support tube annularly. A groove with an inner thread is formed in the side face of the slider. The slider is fixed to the support tube through a fastening bolt. The backseat body can be rotated along with the support tube to be below a wheel, the slider is adjusted upwardly to drive the backseat body to move upwardly, the wheel is fixed between the fixing rods of the backseat body, and accordingly, a bicycle is parked stably.
